Dearest Catacombers,

The time in my life has come where I must complete a senior thesis, and apart of the thesis we are required to analyze original data. So I bring you the "Internet Piracy Survey for Online Communities." This survey is for my Thesis in economics studying the effects of internet piracy on the markets of music, software, and movies/tv shows.

If you could please fill it out as honestly and as complete as possible it would be most appreciated. It'll only take you 5 or so minutes to fill it out.
