You think? I am always skeptical about attributing motivations to things that are not real. The idea of "North Korea" having intentions only makes sense as a shot hand way of referring to the motives of it's leader, but that leader is obviously changing. Do you think we should worry the son will attack South Korea because his father died?"We have to be very worried because whenever there is domestic instability North Korea likes to find an external situation to divert the attention away from that - including indulging in provocation."
