To all of you interested, I also got TSW covered on my YouTube channel (BW footage). This is a run at The Polaris dungeon, part #1

I'm extremely interested as I never got to run Polaris because I was too busy trying out the different weapons :P.
Has aggro improved?
I did Polaris early in beta and healing anyone immediately gave me full boss aggro that I could never shake. Made healing pointless because you had less defense than a defensive build, and the defensively built did not have aggro until the healer was dead.

How did the launch go? Trainwreck or not?

It went "ok". The game is definitely not ready for release, for sure. There are a lot of bugged quests, one joyful one that I even found to be game breaking. In tier 3 of said quest, everything goes black and white as you approach the monster you are supposed to kill. Only the monster never appears and then the game is stuck in black and white. Pretty Gay. I've already canceled my subscription due to the fact that the bugs have ruined the experience.

AoConan all over again. Unrefined combat system still taking major changes, everything is bugged, balance is horrific. Funcom now has a rep. Please take note.
TSW is definitely bugged to hell. I never had any problems with bugs in AoC though except right at the start there was this bug that would load you into the game and never give you an image, just black screen. But changing the resolution would load the graphics. the combat was certainly a gimmick though. Other than the graphics I don't think anything even remotely resembled the hype around that game.
It really sucks to see people dropping the ball with these big IPs lately. Hyboria and the Warhammer universe being two fantastic IPs that just weren't done well enough.
Unfortunately if TSW drops the ball then anything remotely based in that kind of setting will be considered a TSW rip off. That and developers may be less likely to try it in the future if this one fails.

I didn't have any game breaking bug. But I must admit as a monthly fee game it still doesn't cut it. It isn't worth it. But that doesn't mean I didn't have a ton of fun with it, I did. Considering GW2 just around the corner though, the choice is pretty easy. The final boss by the way: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qYmbb...ure=plpp_video
