Default Veek Vex - Sylvari Engineer

For PvE I want to be able to swap between the healy pack and a rifle. I think most people would pick one or the other and min/max for it, but the flexibility of switching between shooting and healing is important to me, and I like the heal pack best for healing because people have to go pick them up. With my skills I want to drop turrets. The Sylvari happens to have turret skills as their racial, but we'll see how they stack up. Maybe I'll switch those out later.

    I've got roughtly:

    2,000 power/prec
    57% crit, 45% crit damage.
    1500 vit/toughness
    600 healing

My traits give me a big boost to crits so I just kept going with that and brough power up to about even while maintaining a nice mix of vitality and toughness. From there I obviously need more healing. The healing pack is a very early pick, so I'll probably spend my time leveling looking out for gear with healing bonuses and tailor the secondary bonuses to whatever stat feels weak at the time vs what is available to pick from.

Agnomic (pyrrhus) is a sylvari engi and took the turrets, he could tell you a bit about them. I wouldn't plan on being too clear cut, as different skills work better for different things. Stas are of course more hardset.

Is this a PVE or PVP build? Just an FYI, the racials are pretty sub par across the board. They did that so no one would have to pick a race they didn't like to have an edge. Supply crate is almost too good to pass up for any Engineer. I'd go with it, but that's just me.
