There is a dye called Black Dye. Same with White Dye.

I probably haven't levelled high enough to get to this but... Where's all this cool armor coming from? Pve, crafting, cosmetic stuff bought with gems? Pray tell.

This one is from PVE. You have to do a dungeon over and over again to farm tokens that you trade in for that dungeon's armor set. Then if you feel like it you can use the stones you get for zone completion to make other armor look exactly the same as this armor.... which is kinda cool imo.

There may not be grind for power in GW2, but there is certainly grind for style. Just look at the Legendary Weapons, for example.
