Cool so it's the NZ native dance. But the NZ military did it because? Is it some kind of military tradition? 'cause our military doesn't do a Comanche war dance around a campfire at military funerals. Is it just about the culture heritage of the island? Or is there some further significance?

Yes, it's a military tradition for New Zealand and I believe other neighboring islands. I don't know if you caught it in the video or not but they also do some weird shit like stick their tongues out as part of it.
