'The Government' can't run health care because they don't know anything about it, but 'The Government' can run the military because they understand it and have a tradition of it... I'm not penalizing him for being for or against any kind of health care, I'm penalizing him for being thick. He just repeats over and over again that his own definition of the government (Military and Politicians) can't run health care. The government can't run anything but a circus if I mean (Ringleaders and Clowns) when I say 'The Government'. The government is whoever is hired, elected, and appointed.

You could argue that even health care professionals don't do so well running government health care, but he didn't make it that far. He's not just articulating that poorly. He's being stupid. He thinks politicians and military people would be unfit to run it and we'd have to drag doctors from their houses and force them at gun point to run the country.
