On the whole especially in the past 5-10 years, Masculinist theory has been far more rational than Feminist theory mainly because Feminism has been co-opted by radical nutjobs like Catherine MacKinnon who don't care about the damage to civil liberties when advancing their cause. That, and many of the common arguments like wage inequality, job opportunities and college entry have been so effective that it is causing a negative effect on men.

Both positions are asinine in today's world of civil libertarianism and simply exist to further propogate more derision.
