Nowadays when people start to get killed by fireballs, no one says they need to dodge the fireball anymore; they say they need to go get a fire resist ring and some ice damage so they don't have to.

We're doing mostly carnivore with quite a bit of keto shit mixed in (keeping it under 10-15 carbs a day). When you start pong Aeinna and I on steam, we'll link ya a bunch of shit.

It isn't keto food. We found science bread and its not keto because it contains wheat (sort of?), which neither of us have issues with. One slice is 1 carb. Everything else is the same, except we can have toast with breakfast now or make a hamburger sandwich.

There is a surprising number of science type foods that have no carbs or sugars that are substitutes.

Also I eat 10 carbs or less a day still, which is easy to do because eating only once a day.
In this world is the destiny of mankind controlled by some transcendental entity or law? Is it like the hand of god hovering from above? Perhaps men have no control even over their own will.

You're right, we are mortal and fragile. But even if we are tortured or wounded, we'll fight to survive. You should feel the pain we feel and understand. I am the messenger that will deliver you to that pain and understanding.

I started a diet 3 weeks ago after some health bullshit started up. I'm down 13 pounds so far. My problem is I need to lower my cholesterol a LOT (so meat is out), and lower my sodium in take. So, that pretty much has me eating nothing but grilled fish, chicken, turkey; and fruits, vegetables and nuts. I eat a fruit at 8:00 a.m., a handful of peanuts (half a serving or so) at 10:00 a.m. For lunch I have a salad with carrots and broccoli (some light cheese) and low fat dressing. Then 2:00 p.m. if I'm hungry I ate a slice of wheat bread with some peanut butter. For dinner, its always something grilled or ground turkey with veggies or wheat egg noddles.

That's pretty much it. Just eat a little something every two hours, and the weight has just been dropping off.
