    Default The Smirking Kid

This entire drama has been fucking entertaining. The media, the backlash, the memes-- all of it.

Not much to say about the most of it. Getting mundane now, media running with stories from lesser outlets and using them as a buffer for plausible deniability. Always to push their standard narrative with a source that shouldn't have been "plausible" in the first place. They've done better with correcting the record this time but that hardly matters. Once he was photographed wearing a MAGA hat the far left put him in the racist, nazi, xenophobe, patriachal, white-privileged, cisgendered colonist bucket and hate him arbitrarily for life, because of love and tolerance and facts of course.
Nowadays when people start to get killed by fireballs, no one says they need to dodge the fireball anymore; they say they need to go get a fire resist ring and some ice damage so they don't have to.

Exactly what VK said. The social media standardization/acceptance is allowing people to push retarded narratives and (some SJW employee of) MSM will pick it up and run with it as long as it fits the narrative without doing any actual fact checking. Either that or just not caring as it will get the dumbass older generation of libtards to share it 100x over social media and then not look back on the story.

There are still old people sharing memes about these kids being racist even after the 'truth' came out.

Older people (60+) just, generally, don't have the mental plasticity to be able to navigate the fluid news environment we have today. Facebook, Twitter and the like take advantage of this 100% to create media 'zones'.

Boomers have a much higher attention span. When they are pushing a meme they never give up on it.

I somehow entirely missed this thing.

Edit: Per the video I went to the cracker barrel twitter, clicked on the most recent comment and it was nothing but shit about "brad's wife". I don't think I ever knew about this boomer thing.
